This is our darkest roast on offer and great for those seeking a low acidity coffee for filter brewing.
Grown in the mountains of Campestre, Minas Gerais, Mantissa thrives in fertile clay soils and the Atlantic Rainforests unique climate, producing high-quality beans with rich flavours. The farm cultivates an area with cooler climate that slows down coffee maturation, leading to denser beans with more developed flavours to bring out clean, well-balanced profiles with chocolate undertones, subtle sweetness, and a rich finish.
