This medium roast is a Swiss Water Process Peru Gr. 1. coffee collectively brought together by 10-15 co-op coffee producers. The regions plantations are cultivated in areas with varied altitudes varying between 1200 and 2100 meters.
At Swiss Water, they use water (zero chemicals) from coast mountains to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the beans distinctive origin and flavour characteristics. This one will have you dancing like Debbie - just without the caffeine rush.
