Day Dreamer is our core espresso offering. From the Sul de Minas region, this brazilian  natural processed coffee is a beautiful representation of rich body and sweetness.

Grown in the mountains of Campestre, Minas Gerais, Mantissa thrives in fertile clay soils and the Atlantic Rainforests unique climate, producing high-quality beans with rich flavours. The farm cultivates an area with cooler climate that slows down coffee maturation, leading to denser beans with more developed flavours to bring out clean, well-balanced profiles with chocolate undertones, muted fruit notes, and a smooth finish.
